| Description: | This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) revises Section 3.9.1 to clarify that Generation Resources that are providing Non-Spinning Reserve (Non-Spin) and that can continue to be available for deployment within the time frame established in the Protocols, may continue to carry Off-Line Non-Spin during shutdown. |
