Description:
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) modifies language that was inadvertently omitted during the implementation of NPRR313, Revisions to the Resource Plan Reference to Current Operating Plan for EILS and Synchronous Condensers and Black Start Notification Requirements, into the September 1, 2011 Nodal Protocols. NPRR313 was approved by the ERCOT Board on August 16, 2011.
