Description: This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) provides a report of the amount of Responsive Reserve (RRS) procured from different types of Resources, as well as the hourly proration quantity in the Day-Ahead Market (DAM) of Load Resources on high-set under-frequency relays.
Reason: This report will provide visibility to the market to better understand clearing of Ancillary Service for Load Resources providing RRS, and provides a tool to assist in market analysis. The need for this visibility is related to the 50% limitation on RRS from Load Resources on high-set under frequency relays.
