| Description: | This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) creates two new reports on the Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area for verbal Reliability Unit Commitment (RUC) commitments/decommitments, one following the Day-Ahead Reliability Unit Commitment (DRUC) and one following the Hourly Reliability Unit Commitment (HRUC) to stay consistent with the current RUC data delivery process. |
| Reason: | To provide market transparency regarding all RUC commitments including the Verbal Dispatch Instruction (VDI) commitments. The reports will provide useful information that will help Market Participants pursue their business interests. This information is consistent with the information currently provided for commitments and decommiments both for HRUC and DRUC. This provides additional verbal RUC information for the RUC study period. |
