Connectivity Testing & DSA

• From AEP: Recently, we had two service providers that contacted us on behalf of their CR customer to initiate connectivity testing.  The service providers have done flight testing with us and are "keeping the ball rolling" for their new clients. What the service provider does not know is that the CR has not contacted the TDSP to establish the DSA or fulfill other obligations.
  
  We can certainly address these as one-offs but, is this something TTPT might enforce in your teams documentation process?
