Description:
Oncor needs to have an additional line item charge to recovery rate case expenses to begin being recovered January 1, 2012. This is a result from the recent Rate Case approved in Docket 38929.
Reason:
Creates a need for REPs to make system changes to accept the new SAC04 code. A new code will maintain distinction for docket 38929 surcharge from the current SAC04 "MSC049". The SAC04 MSC049 is currently being used to recover "Rate Case Expense Surcharge" for docket 35717. Oncor is already providing a Specific text description in the SAC15 of "35717 RATE CASE SURCHARGE".
