They are currently in EDI format and do not have the same kinds of descriptions that the current examples do. • If a separate document is created for Examples we need to create a summary of why and when the document was created • a disclosure should be included at the beginning of the document to specifically state that the examples are not to be used for coding • provide reference to the examples at the end of each guide to state that the examples are stored on the Texas SET webpage. Examples will be assigned out to put into the correct formatting. Each transaction set (814_01 for example) will have a separate document and then the documents will be zipped. Kathryn will write Change Control for this issue.
