TTPT believes this should be through ad-hoc testing if a CR should wish to test the new format. Testing will be just between the CR and ERCOT. RMGRR will be drafted to add this element. Johnny will write and submit the RMGRR.

ERCOT verified that this change can be made using a SIR. There was no CR opposition to the change. ERCOT will verify whether testing would be required and bring input to next Texas SET.
CRs should bring information back to Texas SET on whether changes to the error response files would cause negative impact to their processing of these files. ERCOT provide feedback on what it would take to implement these changes.

Need additional information to resolve errors on the CBCI file. Request adding the ESIID to the error file produced by ERCOT. CRs need the information to validate the correct Record that is in error and make corrections.
Reason:
Unable to automate the process of identifying the bad record in the customer database without the ESIID on the error file itself.
Improved accurate customer billing information on the CBCI file.
