CenterPoint, AEP and TNMP do not want the 814_21 responses from REPs forwarded to them. Currently, these TDSPs pull a daily report from the TML that provides them a list of the 814_21 rejects that ERCOT received from REPs. Nueces to look into using this report to resolve their issue of needing to know when a REP rejects an 814_20. If this is a workable solution, this Issue will be resolved without a Change Control.

TDSPs need to receive 814_21 rejects from the CR since they need to know the reason for reject.
Reason:
Currently, these do not get forwarded to the TDSP.
TDSP does not know there is a problem with the 814_20 for the CR until billing is sent.
