Description:
Implementation Guides for the 814_04 and 814_14 are out of synch as to whether ‘NONE’ should be allowed for a Drop 814_04 from the TDSP and the corresponding 814_14 to the CR.
Reason:
During execution of Test Script TS08 in Flight 0407, it was discovered that a TDSP is sending ‘NONE’ in the meter number segment of the 814_04 to ERCOT. ERCOT then sends the 814_14 to the CR containing ‘NONE’. The 814_14 rejected in the CR’s system. Either the 814_14 guide needs to be updated to allow NONE or the 814_04 guide needs to be updated to disallow NONE on Drop 814_04s.
