This administrative Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) aligns the Retail Market Guide with Protocol Section 21, Revision Request Process and changes implemented by NPRR779, Clarifies References to Texas Reliability Entity and Independent Market Monitor, which was approved by the ERCOT Board on October 11, 2016.
