Description:	This Retail Market Revision Request (RMGRR) revises Section 7.11.6, Customer Billing Contact Information so that ERCOT is required to provide selected Customer contact information to the TDSPs. This RMGRR will allow ERCOT to take the Customer Billing Contact Information file provided by the defaulting CR, remove all information except for ESI ID, Customer Name, and Customer Phone Number from the file and then pass that file to the TDSPs.
Reason:	During a Mass Transition, ERCOT submits the 814 Drop Requests directly to the TDSPs. These Drop Requests do not contain the customer contact information required on an enrollment request that the TDSPs need for outage purposes.
