Description: This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) updates Appendix F3, ERCOT Template- ESI_IDs for Gaining CR/TDSP Use with additional information sent by ERCOT via e-mail to the Gaining Competitive Retailers (CRs) and Transmission and/or Distribution Service Providers (TDSPs) for ESI IDs that are affected when a Mass Transition occurs.
Reason: Align the process that ERCOT has developed for providing information to the Gaining CRs and TDSPs with the Retail Market Guide (RMG) for a Mass Transition. The existing information is no longer relevant since Providers of Last Resort (POLRs) are not submitting switches.
