Description: The Disconnect Reconnect Process Guide was developed to provide market participants with market approved guidelines to support disconnect and reconnect transactions and business processes as allowed or prescribed by Substantive Rule 25.483, Disconnection of Service, by the PUCT.
Reason: As requested by RMS, the Reconnect Disconnect Task Force has completed the guidelines for implementation of disconnection and reconnection activities in the Texas market as allowed in Substantive Rule 25.483 by the PUCT.
