Description:
This Operating Guide Revision Request (OGRR) proposes administrative changes to maintain Operating Guide consistency with ERCOT Protocols as allowed by Operating Guide Section 1.3, Process for Operating Guide Revision.
Reason:
This OGRR updates Protocol references in the Operating Guide to accurately reflect the current Protocol language as a result of the approval of PRR647, Gross and Net MW/Mvar Data Reporting by the ERCOT Board on January 16, 2007. Minor administrative changes to Operating Guide language are also included.
