Description:
This OGRR updates the Load Shed table in Operating Guide Section 4.5.3.2 as required by Section 4.5.3.
Reason:
Section 4.5.3 requires ERCOT to review and modify the percentages for Load shedding in Emergency Electric Curtailment Plan (EECP) Step 4 annually. The percentages are based on the previous year's TDSP peak Load, as reported to ERCOT.
