WMS assignment review and agenda review

Note that PRR811, Real Time Production Potential, has been remanded by the Board and TAC has assigned it to WMS to get a calculation method defined in the PRR language.  Leaving the calculation to the Markets Participants was not acceptable to the Board.

ERCOT Operations Issues

a)     ERCOT Wind Plant Availability Website-After discussions with ERCOT and the conducting of several internal tests, it has been determined that the AWS outage scheduler can only be used for one hour at a time.  For example, if I knew I had an outage for HE 2-10, I would have to enter 9 separate outages into the scheduler.  This does not seem feasible, particularly for longer term outages

b)    WGRPP Forecast accuracy analysis

d)    Status of a workshop

e)     We have focused a good deal of attention on ERCOT’s load forecasting technique, but what might be more practical is the actual market impact of the over procurement of RPRS.  Specifically the data found in the reports at https://www.ercot.com/mktinfo/services/rprsmr/.
