1. Anti-Trust Admonition Knapp 10:00
  ERCOT strictly prohibits market participants and their employees who are participating in ERCOT activities from using their participation in ERCOT activities as a forum for engaging in practices or communications that violate the antitrust laws. The ERCOT Board has approved guidelines for members of ERCOT Committees, subcommittees and working Groups to be reviewed and followed by each market participant attending ERCOT meetings.
2. Review of September 2007 meeting notes and action items to ensure the agenda is complete. Knapp  
3. Review OGRRs:
  • OGRR203 - Conforming Changes to Address Current NERC Terminology and the Texas Regional Entity (TRE) Terminology
    • ERCOT Market Rules and Legal has requested this OGRR placed on hold pending a draft PRR companion. OGRTF/OWG to date has not received this draft PRR for review.
  • OGRR204 - Hotline Technology Update
    • AEP commented to date.
  • OGRR205 - Modify Responsive Reserve Service Obligation

    • Review comments received from ERCOT.
