Issues:

  • 134: Non-CSA CR sends a MVO with the indicator for bypass CSA at ERCOT. Non CSA CR is not always the owner of the CSA, causing the ESI ID to become de-energized without CSA CRs knowledge.
  • 135: 814_05s are being received with the meter type blank and missing the meter number. The meter is never sent in subsequent 814_20s. This causes billing to fail since we are missing the meter.

 Change Control Call - 11:30AM

  • Change Control 2012-798:  Updating the 814_24 to allow only the CSA CR to submit the REF~2W and create new reject reason for ERCOT.

o   Review SCR for validation of the REF~2W

  • Change Control 2012-799:  Clarifies the current description shown in the REF~8X~TE003 of PCB Purpose Code to show it as Investigate Transformer Leaking in the 650_01 and 650_02.

 5

867 vs LSE:

  • Review feedback from REPs on TDSP information
  • Review interim solution for 867/LSE differences

6 CSA Move Outs:

  • RMS asked that TX SET take on the task of looking into the scenario where a customer (or a customer’s CR) initiates a MVO but they don’t actually move out of the premise thus making the landlord responsible for power the customer is using.
