1. Anti-Trust Admonition ERCOT strictly prohibits market participants and their employees who are participating in ERCOT activities from using their participation in ERCOT activities as a forum for engaging in practices or communications that violate the antitrust laws. The ERCOT Board has approved guidelines for members of ERCOT Committees, subcommittees and working Groups to be reviewed and followed by each market participant attending ERCOT meetings. J. Jonte
2. 07 Drill:
  • Determine 07 Drill content
    • Winter Storm vs Hurricane
    • Direction & signoff required from ERCOT Sr Mgmt
  • Determine 07 Drill date
    • Annual Ops Seminar is moving to Fall, so synching any Winter Storm Drills will be important
    • In event of a Fall/07 Winter Storm Drill, will PUCT abruptly move Drill up to Spring/07 (in 05, Katrina/Rita lead PUCT to force a re-schedule of 06 Drill)
    • 06 Drill coincided with actual contingency event, causing confusion in market (need alternate plan for 07, to include canceling Drill mid-stream, if necessary)

3. At August OWG, Dynegy proposed, Reliant seconded, that OTF determine if transmission-alert hotline calls can be streamlined just for TDSPs (bypassing QSEs requires ERCOT Ops direction & signoff) OTF
