• Section 9.4.3, Partial Payments by Invoice Recipients for the DAM (vote)
  Subsection (e) -- Uplift issue
      Option 1 -- accept the language as currently proposed.
      Option 2 -- make a 50/50 allocation to LRS and GRS.
      Option 3 -- delete the language proposed and have no uplift (default).
      Option 4 -- recover 50% of the short paid amount on a LRS basis.

  The proposal is to delete this language; additional information related to this issue was emailed to the TNT exploder on August 30, 2005 by Dan Jones.
