   1. ERCOT not including Generator outages in study case for TCRs due to confidentiality of information
   2. Three items that ERCOT believes affect the quantity of TCRS, in order, are;
      1. Generation Dispatch
      2. Transmission topology
      3. Load Distribution
   3. Dynamic  ratings are not used in the seasonal planning case which are used in determining the TCR quantities
   4. Outages are not included in the annual auction
   5. Suggestion that ERCOT might be able to order outages based on each outages’ impact on each CSC
4. Ralph Posten detailed the outage request process
   1. The difference between a Forced Extension vs.a Planned Extension is that the Planned Extension has a 3 day advance notice.
   2. A  cost  evaluation is conducted  on Transmission outages that are deemed as high impact and are entered in advance
5. Jeff  Healy described  the daily CSC limit determination process
6. Jerry Ward reviewed the outage and TCR study process.

   2. TCR Study   (currently adjusted from Seasonal Planning Case by adding line outages of  5 days or more) The following items were determined to have an impact on the study;
      1. Line Outages & Construction
      2. Load distribution
      3. Generation outages (and treatment of Mothballed units)
      4. Ratings (Dynamic and seasonal)
      5. Real-Time vs. MUST process comparison
      6. IDEF submittals vs. Service Request submittals
      7. 40% annual TCR Limit
      8. Accuracy of 45 day outage list
      9. Notice to MPs to update outage data prior to TCR study
   3. 3 Days - Outage Request
      1. Is it possible to calculate CSC Limits 3 days ahead
   4. 1 Day - CSC Limit
   5. Real Time -- do the best you can
7. John Moseley demonstrated the location of monthly study files on the ERCOT website and explained the file contents. It was requested that ERCOT post both the complete list of outages queried by planning as well as the outage Gantt chart used to determine the highest impact combination of outages.
8. There was a question and discussion about how and when system topology changes are entered into the network model and available to MPs.
   1. There appears to be a delay from the time changes are submitted to the outage scheduler and when those changes are available on the public website. ERCOT will investigate.

• ERCOT will report on TCR revenue adequacy
