Updated the Guides based on the finalized Agreement for Meter Ownership and / or Access for Non-Company Owned Meters as approved in a PUCT ruling.
Added language in Section 9.1 to clarify the situations where a TDSP can remove a competitively owned meter. This language was added to address the boxed language in section 9.5.
Updated the Guides for consistent capitalization of the term meter owner and agent.
