Continue work on the Task Force recommendation to move the threshold for the distributed generation data submission requirement to 1MW and apply this to all DG, not just DRG. 

-   Discuss any COPS recommendations from 10-13-2009 meeting

-   Finish drafting PRR language for consideration by COPS

-   Determine TDSP reporting requirements for DG less than 1 MW

-   Discuss if changes to the Load Profile Decision tree are needed

-   Establish framework for a NPRR
