ERCOT will file a proceeding at the Public Utility Commission by October 1, 2005, to justify its 2006 System Administration Fee request.  The public is invited to our annual meeting to discuss and provide input on the draft ERCOT budget before it is submitted to the ERCOT Board for approval.  This meeting is open to the public; no RSVP is necessary.
