Purpose:
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the next steps for the FasTrak Enhancements project.  The discussion will include tool selection process, project timeline, and requirement prioritization.

RSVP:
This ERCOT meeting is open to the public.  In order to ensure adequate accommodations, we request that those who are planning to attend please RSVP to Scott Egger (segger@ercot.com or 512-248-3162) by Monday, February 21, 2005 (although an RSVP is not required to attend).  Lunch will be provided at a cost of $8.00 per individual, by a vendor selected by ERCOT. The lunch vendor will collect this money in cash (no checks or credit cards) and receipts will be provided upon request.  Please note that for security purposes, a valid ID such as a driver's license will be required to enter the ERCOT facilities.
