At the individual Resource level, there have been performance issues and Basepoint Deviation Charges, while at the system level, ERCOT has experienced frequency deviations and exhaustion of regulation reserves. This course is intended to alleviate the confusion about the expected use of these two status indicators for operating Generation Resources in ERCOT.
