View ERCOT’s annual informational tax return filings on Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Form 990 from 2010 to present, as well as information on business expense reimbursements for officers and members of the ERCOT Board of Directors (Board) from 2017 to present. Reimbursement of business expenses for officers and Board members is governed by ERCOT Business Expense Reimbursement Corporate Standard (CS3.5), the current version of which can be found on the Procurement page. Board member expense reimbursement is also governed by the Board Policies and Procedures, the current version of which can be found on the Governance page.
