| Description: | This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) removes the current exclusion that applies to all Intermittent Renewable Resources (IRRs) that are not Wind-powered Generation Resources (WGRs) in the calculation of the Real-Time Ancillary Service Imbalance Payment or Charge. As such, PVGRs are currently excluded in both the Operating Reserve Demand Curve (ORDC) methodology and the Settlement of Real-Time Ancillary Service Imbalance Payment of Charge. |
