Description: For easier reporting and quicker notification response back to the submitting CR, TX SET created a new reject code of "TCC" "TDSP Completed a Competing Transaction Scheduled for the Same Date" in the REF~7G (Rejection Reason) into all the affected response transactions.
Reason: With the implementation of TX SET 4.0 where same day processing of MVOs, Switches, and extended hours for MVIs, Reconnects for Non-Payment there may be times where transactions may be competing for the same scheduled date. Also, with AMS functionality there may be more times where transactions are already completed just as another transaction is received by the TDSP requesting the same date. The TDSP would be unable to reverse any of these already completed transactions, therefore creating a need to provide the appropriate transactional response to those transactions that cannot be processed for the same scheduled date. Also TX SET created a new Complete Unexecutable code in the REF~G7 of "T024" stating "TDSP Completed a Competing Transaction Scheduled for the Same Date" for those transactions that may have already been taken into the TDSPs back-end systems that can no longer be rejected.
