SHORT DESCRIPTION: New version of Resource Interconnection Handbook posted

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Resource Entities, Interconnecting Entities, and Transmission/Distribution Service Providers

LONG DESCRIPTION: An updated Resource Interconnection Handbook, version 1.94, has been posted to the Resource Integration page on ERCOT.com.  This version includes:

1. Updates to various sections on requesting an FIS with the latest version of RIOO-IS with Substation Details
2. RIOO-IS starting a new request as either an IE or a RE
3. Replacing the term "RARF" with "resource data" or similar terms
4. Change to the weatherization reference document
5. Diagram to show new telemetry required for co-located data center loads
6. New paragraph on Operation Requirements for Data Center load and/or PUN loads with IRR Generation

New appendices have been added to show:

1. Appendix N to show Resource Status Codes taken from the ICCP Handbook 2020

Other general edits are also included.
