LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT provides this market of a revision to the ERCOT Market Notice Communication Process Business Practice Manual that deletes references to System Generated Market Notices. System Generated Market Notices for outages or degradations of service in retail transaction processing, MarkeTrak or retail portions of the Market Information System (MIS) will no longer be issued by ERCOT. 

The System Outage Notices page on the ERCOT website will be retired as part of the R8 release cycle this year.

A revised ERCOT Market Notice Communication Process Business Practice Manual has been posted on the Business Practice Manual page of the ERCOT website.
