SHORT DESCRIPTION: RTC+B: Implementation Go-Live Plan for Operating Day December 5, 2025

LONG DESCRIPTION: This notice is a follow-up to the 30-day Market Notice to confirm the planned production implementation of Real-Time Co-optimization Plus Batteries (RTC+B) for Operating Day (OD) December 5, 2025. This is one of five notices being released with four supporting notices focused on Revision Requests, Settlements and Billing, Credit, and Release Management details related to the RTC+B program implementation.
This implementation will occur during the late- evening hours of December 4, 2025, leading up to and through the midnight cutover going into December 5, 2025.
ERCOT will be working closely with Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) to support the business and technical activities leading up to the cutover, including the requirements for dual entry of certain market submissions during the transition and cutover window (e.g., entering Current Operating Plans and trades into both RTC and non-RTC systems prior to the cutover). Details of the upcoming cutover were most recently shared at the RTC+B Cutover Workshop for QSEs on November 13.
ERCOT will continue to focus on cutover activities with weekly Monday market calls in November and daily market calls December 1-5 (see ERCOT Calendar).
ACTION REQUIRED: QSEs must be prepared to support the transitional and cutover activities leading up to OD December 5, 2025.
