SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has posted new documents to facilitate the Large Load Interconnection process defined in Section 9 of the Planning Guide.
INTENDED AUDIENCE: Transmission and/or Distribution Service Providers (TDSPs), Transmission Operators (TOs), Interconnecting Large Load Entities (ILLEs), Resource Entities (REs), and Interconnecting Entities (IEs)

LONG DESCRIPTION: A significant portion of Planning Guide Revision Request (PGRR) 115, Related to NPRR1234, Interconnection Requirements for Large Loads and Modeling Standards for Loads 25 MW or Greater, became effective on December 15, 2025. In accordance with this newly effective language, ERCOT has posted two documents to the Large Load Integration section of the ERCOT website. The Load Information Form contains all project information, including the Load Commissioning Plan, required for an interconnecting Transmission Service Provider to request a new Large Load Interconnection. ERCOT has also posted a document detailing the acceptable methods for submitting required information and other communications needed to facilitate the Large Load Interconnection process as required by Planning Guide Section 9.1(2).
ACTION REQUIRED: All stakeholders in the Large Load Interconnection process must use these documents for submission of information going forward.
