SHORT DESCRIPTION: Virtual question and answer (Q&A) sessions to assist Resource Entities (REs) and Transmission Service Providers (TSPs) with submitting winter  Declaration of Weather Preparedness (DoWP) documents

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Authorized Representatives (ARs), Backup Authorized Representatives (BARs), User Security Administrators (USAs), and others involved in Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) Weather Emergency Preparedness Rule, 16 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) 25.55 compliance activities for REs and TSPs

DAYS AFFECTED: November 5, 2025; November 13, 2025; November 18, 2025; and November 25, 2025

LONG DESCRIPTION: The ERCOT Weatherization & Inspection team is hosting virtual Q&A sessions on Webex to assist REs and TSPs with winter 2025-2026 DoWP submissions on the Weatherization & Inspection Market Participant Portal. Q&A sessions are scheduled once a week during the month of November as follows:

• Wednesday, November 5, 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
• Thursday, November 13, 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
• Tuesday, November 18, 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, November 25, 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
