SHORT DESCRIPTION: Reminder - Firm Fuel Supply Service Offers due September 1, 2026

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs)

LONG DESCRIPTION: In accordance with the requirements of 16 Texas Administrative Code section 25.520 and the ERCOT Protocols, ERCOT has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure Firm Fuel Supply Service (FFSS) for the Obligation Period of November 15, 2026, through March 15, 2027. This is a reminder that FFSS Offer Forms are due by September 1, 2026. Offers must meet the criteria detailed in the FFSS RFP and must be submitted to FFSS@ercot.com by the September 1, 2026 deadline.

ACTION REQUIRED: FFSS Offer Forms must be submitted to ERCOT by September 1, 2026.
