SHORT DESCRIPTION: Firm Fuel Supply Service Capability Demonstration due August 15, 2026

LONG DESCRIPTION: This is a reminder that Firm Fuel Supply Service (FFSS) Capability Demonstration Forms are due by August 15, 2026, as required by ERCOT Protocols section 8.1.1.2.1.6(5). That paragraph requires each QSE representing an FFSS Resource (FFSSR) to annually complete the test or successfully deploy at the maximum awarded MW amount for at least the demonstration period and to inform ERCOT of the completion of that test or the deployment to reference by that deadline.  As further specified in section 2.6(A) of the FFSS Request for Proposal (RFP), QSEs representing Generation Resources that seek to be FFSSRs must submit a FFSS Capability Demonstration Form to FFSS@ercot.com by the deadline.

ACTION REQUIRED: The FFSS Capability Demonstration form must be submitted to ERCOT by August 15, 2026.
