SHORT DESCRIPTION: Reminder of due date to provide end-use industry classification for Load Points meeting criteria in paragraphs (14) and (16) of Protocol Section 3.10.7.2, Modeling of Resources and Transmission Loads

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Transmission Service Providers (TSPs) and Resource Entities associated with Private Use Networks

DAYS AFFECTED: September 1, 2025

LONG DESCRIPTION: As described in Market Notice M-A052125-03, Resource Entities associated with Private Use Networks and TSPs are required to provide ERCOT, by September 1, 2025, end-use industry classification of Load Points meeting the historical or anticipated Demand criteria described in paragraph (14) and (16) of Protocol Section 3.10.7.2.

Each Resource Entity associated with a Private Use Network or co-located large load is required to submit an attachment-only RSCR in RIOO RS application with a description of "NPRR1234 End Use Industry Classification" and attach the completed information. Forms containing the associated Load Points are posted to the ERCOT Market Information System (MIS) ERCOT Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (ECEII) Requested Information folder.  A valid Digital Certificate with the ECEII role assigned is required to access this information on the MIS. Responses are due by September 1, 2025. Questions related to Resource Entities' submission can be sent to their assigned ERCOT Account Manager for assistance. 

TSPs are required to submit an Information Change Request (ICR) with a description of "RFI for NPRR1234_Company Name" and attach the completed information in NMMS application prior to September 1, 2025, with a Production Load Date of September 24, 2025. An extract of all Load Points has been created and posted to the Network Model Management System(NMMS) Postings folder.
