SHORT DESCRIPTION: Alternate toll-free number added for the ERCOT Help Desk

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has recently added an alternate telephone number to be used when Market Participants are unable to reach the ERCOT help desk at (512) 248-6800. ERCOT request that Market Participants call 1-866-870-8124, an alternate toll-free telephone number, whenever they are unable to reach the help desk at (512) 248-6800.   

Market Participants should contact the ERCOT help desk to report and request assistance with technical issues related to data and system administration, automated communications, or other information technology issues.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Informaiton on how to contact the help desk, including he alteranate toll-free number is also available on the Contact Us page of the ERCOT website
