SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Engagement of Swagit for Webcasting of ERCOT Board and Board Committee Meetings and Technical Advisory Committee Meetings

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  January 29, 2020

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has engaged Swagit Productions, LLC (Swagit) to provide video streaming services. All open session meetings of the ERCOT Board of Directors (Board) as well as the Finance and Audit (F&A) Committee, Human Resources and Governance (HR&G) Committee, Nominating Committee and Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) will be webcast by Swagit, beginning with the January 29, 2020 TAC meeting. This service is available to the public free of charge.

Live meeting webcasts will be available on the relevant meeting web pages, which are listed on ercot.com on the ERCOT Meeting Calendar and the main web page for the Board and each of the noted Committees as follows:

For example, to watch the webcast for the January 20, 2020 TAC Meeting, a user would either:  click on the TAC webpage link noted above (www.ercot.com/committee/tac); or, from the ERCOT homepage, select “Committee and Groups” from the top bar and then click on “TAC” from the side bar. Once on the TAC webpage, the user would click on the “Watch Now” blue button in the “View live and archived broadcasts of TAC meetings” box as shown below:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Archived meeting webcasts will be available and sorted by meeting date at the same links in the future, which is expected to be no later than the end of February 2020. Archived webcasts will no longer be available at AdminMonitor.com (TexasAdmin.com).

Over the next few weeks, ERCOT will be monitoring the webcasts provided by Swagit and may refine aspects of them, if needed, to improve the user experience.
