INTENDED AUDIENCE: Resource Entities, Transmission Service Providers

DAYS AFFECTED: March 28, 2024

LONG DESCRIPTION: The Resource Integration and Ongoing Operations (RIOO) system will be unavailable due to system problem.  Another notice will be sent when system is available.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A RIOO Services user account is required to access the RIOO system. Guides for creating user accounts can be found under RIOO Documentation on the Resource Integration webpage.

New Users requesting access to the system should request only the roles that apply to them as follows -

       Transmission Service Providers:  GINR_M_Operator

       Resource Entities:  RIOORS_M_Operator
