SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation of Market-facing changes for October 2022

INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: October 11 - 13, 2022

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT will be implementing a number of Market-facing changes in the production environment on October 11 - 13, 2022 for several systems.  Please see the attached spreadsheet for the description of each change. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: ERCOT systems may experience intermittent service interruptions during the implementation period. The systems include, but are not limited to:

• Components of the ERCOT Market Information System (MIS) including:
• Report publishing to the MIS
• Downloading of extracts and reports from MIS and External Web Services (EWS)
• ERCOT.com dashboards and displays
• Market Participant Identity Management (MPIM)
• Market submissions and requests via Web Services, Market Manager and Outage Scheduler
• CDR report publishing and downloading which may cause the following reports to be unavailable:
• SCED and RTD Reports
• NSA Active and Inactive Constraint Reports
• State Estimator Reports
• Real-Time Dynamic Rating Data Reports
• Wind Power Production - 5 minute Averaged Actual values
• Solar Power Production - 5 minute Averaged Actual values
