SHORT DESCRIPTION: Add exit strategy per Section 3.10.7.6 (7) of the ERCOT Nodal Protocols for Valley Export Generic Transmission Constraint

LONG DESCRIPTION: In accordance with Section 3.10.7.6 (7) of the ERCOT Nodal Protocols, ERCOT has added an exit strategy for the Valley Export Generic Transmission Constraint (GTC).

The purpose of this notice is to provide contemporaneous notification to all ERCOT Market Participants of this update to the Valley Export GTC.

Details associated with all GTCs (EMIL ID NP3-766-M, Report ID 11424) can be found on the ERCOT Market Information System (MIS) Grid Transmission page under Generic Transmission Limits . A Digital Certificate is required to access the MIS Secure Area.
