INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSE Operations Personnel

DAY AFFECTED:  April 1, 2019

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The current ERCOT frequency bias is 759 MW/0.1 Hz, and will remain in effect through 10:00 Central Prevailing Time (CPT) on April 1, 2019, at which time it will change to 895.2 MW/0.1 Hz.
