SHORT DESCRIPTION: 2026 Annual Constraint Management Plans Review

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Transmission Operators and/or Resource Entities with Transmission Facilities. 

DAYS AFFECTED: March 16, 2026

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT is initiating its annual Constraint Management Plans Review, which includes Remedial Action Plans (RAPs), Mitigation Plans (MPs), Pre-Contingency Action Plans (PCAPs), and Automatic Mitigation Plans (AMPs). 

ERCOT is requesting Transmission Operators and/or Resource Entities with Transmission Facilities to submit any planned transmission equipment outages that are expected to last 30 days or longer in the Summer of 2026 (June 1st through September 30th). Please submit this information to ERCOT (ras_cmp@ercot.com) by March 16, 2026. For the CMP review process, ERCOT prefers the IDEV format to provide planned transmission equipment outage model information.

ACTION REQUIRED: Provide any planned transmission equipment outages that are expected to last for 30 days or longer in the Summer of 2026 (June 1st through September 30th) by March 16, 2026. Submit these outages in an IDEV format file to ras_cmp@ercot.com.
