SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced internal degradation of retail transaction processing.

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced an intermittent degradation of internal systems used to process retail transactions.  The issue has been identified and a fix has been implemented.  No loss of data occurred.
