SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT is implementing a fix to provide expected information in the Retail MIS user interface and Retail API

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Retail Market Participants

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT is implementing a fix to provide expected data for the Retail MIS Find ESI ID/Find Transaction for both the user interface and Retail API.  Following a related project release in December of 2023 the Key Date field and certain details related to pending orders are no longer being populated.
