SHORT DESCRIPTION: Planned Maintenance Outage - Retail

INTENDED AUDIENCE: TDSPs and LSEs

DAYS AFFECTED: Thursday, November 13, 2025 from 19:00 to 20:00

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT will be performing planned maintenance on Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 19:00 to 20:00. During the outage, the following functions may be affected:

  • MarkeTrak will be the only Retail system experiencing a potential outage during this time. In addition to maintenance activities, an enhancement to automated escalation emails will be implemented.
