SHORT DESCRIPTION: Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for Chisholm Grid, LLC (CHISMGRD_BES1, CHISMGRD_LD1)

INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: Comments due August 21, 2026

LONG DESCRIPTION: On July 31, 2026, ERCOT received an NSO from Chisholm Grid, LLC for the following Generation Resources:

• CHISMGRD_BES1
• CHISMGRD_LD1

The NSO indicates that, as of December 28, 2026, Chisholm Grid, LLC will decommission and retire the Generation Resources permanently for a reason other than a Forced Outage. The NSO further indicates that the Generation Resources have a Summer Seasonal Net Max Sustainable Rating of 101.7 MW and a Summer Seasonal Net Minimum Sustainable Rating of 0 MW.

Pursuant to ERCOT Protocol section 3.14.1.2(1), ERCOT has posted the NSO on the ERCOT website, where NSOs may be accessed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Please send any comments you may have regarding the NSO to RMRcomments@ercot.com, with "Chisholm Grid, LLC (CHISMGRD_BES1, CHISMGRD_LD1) NSO" in the subject line. Comments are due no later than August 21, 2026. All comments will be posted to the Generation page of the MIS Secure Area.
