SHORT DESCRIPTION: RTC+B: Corrected Implementation Details of Revision Requests

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: December 5, 2025

LONG DESCRIPTION: Prior Market Notices relating to the implementation of Revision Requests for the Real-Time Co-optimization Plus Batteries (RTC+B) initiative indicated that the entirety of Nodal Protocols Revision Request (NPRR) 1014, BESTF-4 Energy Storage Resource Single Model, and Sections 6.6.5.5, 6.6.5.5.1, and 6.6.5.6 of NPRR963, Base Point Deviation Settlement and Deployment Performance Metrics for Energy Storage Resources (Combo Model), would be implemented on December 5, 2025.

ERCOT has subsequently determined that the portions of NPRR1014 relating to DC-Coupled Resource treatment within Sections 6.5.7.5, 6.6.5.5, and 6.6.5.5.1 should remain gray-boxed awaiting the future implementation of NPRR1029, BESTF-6 DC-Coupled Resources.

ERCOT has also determined that Sections 6.6.5.1, 8.1.1.1, 8.1.1.2.1.1, 8.1.1.4.1, and 8.5.2.1 of NPRR963 should have been included in prior Market Notices and were implemented effective December 5, 2025.
